We want to reward you when you place your orders through the CareConnect portal.

 

Our loyalty scheme is our way of saying 'thank you' for trading with us. Collect 1 point for every £/€ you spend with S&E and earn treats for you and your colleagues. The scheme is free to join and is a great way to get something back. 

 

How to sign up for CareConnect Rewards:

 

1) Log onto your 'MY ACCOUNT' page on the CareConnect Portal.

 

 

 

2) Click on the 'ACTIVATE LOYALTY' button (shown above).

If you don't have an online account...

1) Click on the 'ACCOUNT icon at the top of the homepage. This will take you to the CareConnect login page. 

 

2) Select 'Click here to register' on the CareConnect login page.

 

3) Simply fill out the short online form and click 'REGISTER' at the bottom of the page. We will then set up your account. When you receive your confirmation email, you can place an online order straight away.

Loyalty Reward Scheme Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions govern the Loyalty Reward Scheme operated by us, S&E CareTrade.

2. Under the scheme you may apply to become a CareConnect Rewards Member.

3. Points can only be accrued from orders placed online through the CareConnect portal. Orders placed by telephone or email will not generate points.

4. A Nursing Home/Care Facility may only hold one membership of the scheme but may allow a number of supervisors or assigned employees to earn and claim points for said Nursing Home/Care Facility.

5. S&E CareTrade may at any time and without notice: (a) withdraw or suspend the scheme or account, (b) decline an application or request, or (c) withdraw or cancel any account (including rights to any reward) on reasonable grounds including abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme or breach of the scheme terms and conditions or other suspected dishonesty on the part of one or more of the members associated with the account.

6. We may at any time make changes to the scheme, including the level of reward offered and any promotional offers. Changes shall be notified to you through the registered email address. Your continued use of this scheme after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions as modified.

7. You may cancel your membership on behalf of the registered Nursing Home/Care Facility at any time. All rewards will be forfeited.

8. Reward statements are not valid proof of purchase.

9. You must notify us in writing to any changes to your contact details.

10. Points will automatically be added to your account following submission of your order.

11. A reward cannot be added or amended after the order has been placed.

12. Any account which remains inactive for 6 consecutive months will be deemed to have expired and any unredeemed or unclaimed points will be void. Members may re-activate their lapsed account, but the previous points balance will not be re-instated.

13. Certain other products or rewards may also be excluded from the scheme or removed from time to time at our discretion.

14. Any reward accrued on purchases which are subsequently cancelled or refunded will be deducted.

15. Rewards earned must be claimed/redeemed within the specified expiry date: 30th December. Points are not transferable and cannot be carried over into the next year.

16. As of 1st January, your points balance will revert to zero. Any unclaimed points will be forfeited.

17. Once points have been claimed, there may be anything up to a 4-week lead time on the reward being received by the Nursing Home/Care Facility.

18. Reward value is calculated on all sales exclusive of VAT. Points are awarded on full pound sterling or Euro (whichever your account is set-up as) and are not awarded on fractions of pounds sterling or Euro spent.

19. Points are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit and have no cash value until presented for redemption in accordance with the programme.

20. Members have no ownership interest in accrued points and points are not the property of the members. Use of the word "earn"in the conditions and other documents and material in relation to points shall mean "collect" and shall not infer that the points have any value until they are presented for redemption. Points may not be purchased or sold and are not transferable other than in accordance with the conditions.

21. Points listed as "redeemed" are deducted from a member's account and can no longer be redeemed.

22. The information you provide us or which we obtain through your dealings with us will be used by us or on our behalf to process your application, assess your dealings with us, review, develop and improve the services we offer and for market research purposes.

23. Unless opted out, we may also use your information to contact you with offers and information about our goods and services. You will not be contacted directly by any third parties.

24. Our only liability under this scheme is to honour any outstanding reward to which you may be entitled in accordance with the scheme terms and conditions. All other liability is excluded (to the extent permitted by law).

25. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
