Our training portal contains video tutorials for COSHH awareness, product specific training, and incontinence care training, offering you greater flexibility and scalability in staff training.
Complimentary In-Person Training
Alongside, our online training portal, we also offer incontinence training with our Clinical Nurse Specialist, Molly Speers.
The online training sessions enhance traditional learning, support existing teaching and provide a valuable reference point. They are also split into short focused segments that cover specific topics, so if your member of staff only has 10 mins to spare, no problem.

Certificates
Staff must watch the training all the way through and at the end of each video there is a quiz. The pass rate is 80%. Certificates are available for immediate download or to share via email.

New Staff
Simply send them the link and passcode. You will automatically receive the certificates for each module successfully completed. The system will also automatically notify you to remind you when training needs to be renewed.
Training History
Certifcates and details of the training completed by each staff member is all stored on the portal. We've also got a search function so you can easily find what you're looking for.
At the end of each video, there is a short quiz, and on completion (having achieved the pass rate), a certificate is automatically generated.
This certificate can then be downloaded or emailed to the relevant Manager/Examinee. The certificate will also be stored on the training portal for future reference.
